Notice Regarding Differences from Previous Period Results for Individual Performance and Dividend Forecast

Performance Overview

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, individual results were as follows: net sales of 21,619 million yen (down 23.3% YoY), operating income of 5,607 million yen (down 53.5% YoY), ordinary income of 5,905 million yen (down 55.1% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent of 6,576 million yen (down 31.7% YoY). The primary reasons include only two new IPOs, resulting in decreased capital gains, an increase in provisions for investment loss reserves, and declines in management and success fees for investment partnerships. Note that starting January 7, 2026, the company transitioned from consolidated accounting to non-consolidated (individual) accounting.

Dividend Forecast

The annual dividend is based on whichever is greater between DOE of 6% or a payout ratio of 50%. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the dividend forecast remains at a minimum of 133 yen per share based on a DOE of 6%. The year-end dividend, after deducting the interim dividend of 66.5 yen, is also planned at 66.5 yen, representing an increase from the previous fiscal year's total dividend of 88 yen.
