Business Performance Overview

For the fiscal year ending February 2026, net sales were 63.79 billion yen (YoY 107.7%), operating income was 9.11 billion yen (YoY 113.5%), and net income attributable to owners of parent was 5.10 billion yen (YoY 121.8%), achieving all planned targets. Strategic PR, taxi signage, press release distribution, and direct marketing performed strongly, and the previously loss-making NewsTV (South Korea) business turned profitable. The performance of gracemode, which joined the group through M&A, also expanded solidly.

Shareholder Returns and Future Outlook

The dividend for the fiscal year ending February 2026 was increased by 1 yen to 33 yen, with a policy of continuous dividends based on a consolidated payout ratio of 30% or more. For the fiscal year ending February 2027, we plan to promote PR and short video initiatives aiming for further business growth. Overseas operations (South Korea) have also recovered and achieved full-year profitability, and we will continue to pursue an aggressive growth strategy.
