At the 36th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Board of Directors meeting held on March 25, 2026, the new management structure was resolved. Mr. Christopher Cargill was reappointed as Representative Executive Officer, President & CEO, and Mr. Takeo Morooka was newly appointed as a director.
