Revision of Earnings Forecast

Stella Chemifa Corporation has revised its consolidated full-year earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026, raising net sales to 36.2 billion yen (0.6% increase from previous forecast), operating income to 4.45 billion yen (8.5% increase), ordinary income to 4.2 billion yen (7.7% increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent to 2.9 billion yen (7.4% increase). The main factors include steady sales in the semiconductor division of the high-purity chemical business focusing on AI semiconductors, price pass-through due to rising raw material costs, and strong shipments driven by increased demand for potassium fluoride in the electronic materials division.

Revision of Dividend Forecast (110th Anniversary Commemorative Dividend)

In commemoration of the 110th anniversary on February 1, 2026, the year-end dividend has been increased by a 10 yen per share commemorative dividend, making the year-end dividend 95 yen (regular dividend 85 yen + commemorative dividend 10 yen) and the annual dividend 180 yen. This strengthens returns to shareholders and expresses gratitude for their long-term support. The interim dividend remains unchanged at 85 yen.
