Executive and Senior Management Personnel Changes

Effective April 1, 2026, Takefumi Shiga will assume the position of Executive Officer Chief Production Officer, transferring from his role as Deputy General Manager of the Production Division. Koji Sato is scheduled to become Vice Chairman Chief Industry Officer, changing from his current position as President and Executive Officer Chief Executive Officer. Kenta Chika is scheduled to take office as President and Executive Officer Chief Executive Officer, transferring from Executive Officer Chief Financial Officer and Director & Chief Financial Officer of Woven by Toyota, Inc. Additionally, several changes in responsibilities of Vice Presidents and Executive Officers will be implemented.

Board Structure After the 122nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

The board structure following the 122nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will consist of six director candidates (excluding Audit and Supervisory Committee members) and four directors who are Audit and Supervisory Committee members. Akio Toyoda will serve as Representative Director and Chairman, Kenta Chika as Representative Director and President, and Hiroki Nakajima and Yoichi Miyazaki as Representative Directors and Vice Presidents. Koji Sato is scheduled to retire. Kenta Chika is scheduled to be newly appointed as a director candidate.
