Kobe Steel, Ltd. has nominated director candidates to be submitted to the 173rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for late June 2026, and designated the representative director to be selected after the meeting. Furthermore, the company has decided on the selection of executive officers and their delegated duties, effective April 1, 2026. The director candidates include President and Representative Director Shishihiko Katsukawa, Executive Vice President and Executive Officer Naoya Eiryo, Director and Executive Officers Koichi Sakamoto, Kazuhiko Kimoto, Kazuo Iriya, among others. Candidates for outside directors and audit and supervisory committee members have also been specified.
