Mitsui Soko Holdings Co., Ltd. carried out treasury stock acquisition in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors on February 6, 2026, pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act and Article 38 of the Articles of Incorporation. The target was the company’s common shares, and from February 9 to February 28, 2026, 2,661,100 shares were acquired with a total acquisition price of 9,574,929,000 yen. The acquisition method involved market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, including off-auction purchasing transactions for treasury stock (ToSTNeT-3).

Contents of the Board Resolution and Future Acquisition Plan

According to the Board of Directors' resolution, the upper limit for shares that can be acquired is 5,500,000 shares, the upper limit on the acquisition price is 34,000,000,000 yen, and the acquisition period is from February 9 to July 31, 2026. As of February 28, 2026, cumulative shares acquired totaled 2,661,100 shares with a cumulative acquisition price of 9,574,929,000 yen. The company plans to continue acquiring treasury stock within the set limits moving forward.
