Overview of Changes in Directors

At Yamaguchi Financial Group, Inc. and its group banks (Yamaguchi Bank, Momiji Bank, Kitakyushu Bank), changes in directors were resolved at the Annual General Meetings of Shareholders scheduled for April 1, 2026, and June 2026. Yamaguchi Financial Group plans to appoint Tatsuya Furuya, Hiroshi Yokota (outside director), and Kentaro Hama as new director candidates. At Kitakyushu Bank, Kengo Okada is scheduled to assume the position of Representative Director and President as of April 1, 2026, while the current Representative Director and President, Akihiro Kato, will assume the role of Chairman of the Board.
