Notice Regarding Revision of Full-Year Consolidated Earnings Guidance (Upward Revision) and Revision of Year-End Dividend Forecast (Dividend Increase)

Summary of Earnings Guidance Revision

Riken NPR Corporation has revised upward its full-year consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending March 2026 to net sales of 160,000 million yen (up 1.3% from previous forecast), operating income of 11,000 million yen (up 15.8%), ordinary income of 15,000 million yen (up 15.4%), and net income attributable to owners of parent of 11,000 million yen (up 22.2%). This is attributable to factors including the depreciation of the yen in foreign exchange rates, progress in productivity improvement and price optimization, and creation of synergies from business integration.

Revision of Dividend Forecast and Shareholder Return Policy

The year-end dividend forecast has been raised by 30 yen from the previous 85 yen to 115 yen, and the annual dividend forecast was also increased from 135 yen to 165 yen. The company regards shareholder returns as an important issue and, while balancing growth investment and financial soundness, sets a basic policy of stable dividends and flexible share buybacks. This dividend increase reflects the dividend policy during the first medium-term management plan period and the upward revision of business performance.
