The shares to be acquired are the Company’s common shares, with an upper limit of 9,046,070 shares and a maximum total acquisition amount of 27,644,789,920 yen. The acquisition price is set at 90% of the closing price on January 22, 2026 (rounded up to the nearest yen), and the acquisition period is from March 2, 2026 to March 6, 2026. The seller is Kōtsūshin Corporation.
