Of these shares, 11,000 will be allocated to 6 directors (excluding outside directors), 8,500 shares to 10 executive officers, and 10,200 shares to 26 employees including managers. The transfer restriction period is set at a long term of 30 years with the aim of offering medium to long-term incentives and sharing shareholder value.
