Overview of Headquarters Organizational Restructuring

NISHIMATSU CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. will integrate the Regional Environmental Solutions Division and the Asset Value-Added Division as of April 1, 2026, establishing the new Environment and Urban Development Division. This integration aims to comprehensively promote regional community development and PPP, infrastructure investment such as renewable energy, urban development and activation, and overseas real estate investment. It seeks to enhance business development capabilities through mutual utilization of investment experience, risk assessment, and overseas business knowledge, while expanding business opportunities by incorporating decarbonization services.

Details of Executive Officer Changes

Effective March 31, 2026, Executive Officer Koji Ishiyama will resign, and effective April 1, 2026, Mr. Hiroki Kimura and Mr. Kazutoshi Narita will be promoted to Senior Executive Officers. Additionally, position changes will be made for Mr. Atsushi Kusunoki, Mr. Koichi Oniki, and Mr. Shin Nomura, with Mr. Nomura appointed as Deputy Head of the Environment and Urban Development Division and President & CEO of Nishimatsu Real Estate Co., Ltd. Branch manager transfers will also take place on the same date. These personnel changes are intended to strengthen organizational structure and promote business strategy.
