Overview of Results

For the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027, consolidated revenue was 19,331 million yen (YoY +3.6%), operating income was 2,077 million yen (YoY -0.1%), and ordinary income was 2,099 million yen (YoY +0.8%). The primary drivers were expansion in Data & AI-related businesses and promotion of cross-selling; however, net income attributable to owners of parent decreased significantly to 387 million yen due to recording an impairment charge of 1,434 million yen related to the partial suspension of the new core system as an extraordinary loss. There was no revision to the full-year forecast. EBITDA increased due to higher revenue and improved cost management. Cash and cash equivalents showed an increasing trend.

Future Policy and Impact
