It was announced that, at the 15th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on October 26, 2026, the appointment of directors and their responsibilities were determined. As new appointments and assigned responsibilities, Tak Dan was appointed Representative Director and President; Dan Xiaowei was appointed Director and Executive Vice President in charge of Brand Management and Manufacturing; Takeshi Wu was appointed Senior Managing Director in charge of China Business and President of the Shanghai subsidiary; Zhang Hui was appointed Senior Managing Director in charge of Global Business Development and Head of New Business Promotion; Yasuto Fukui was appointed Director in charge of Administration (Corporate Planning, Human Resources, Legal Affairs, and Subsidiary Corporate affairs). External directors Junichi Ito and Ukko Shimomori are also listed.
