Resolution on Election of Director Candidates

Home Position Co., Ltd. resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on October 22, 2026, to elect director candidates excluding directors who are audit and supervisory committee members, and provisionally appointed them. Final confirmation will be made at the 37th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for November 25, 2026, and by a Board of Directors resolution after the meeting. The candidates include Hiroyuki Banno (Representative Director and President: incumbent, reappointment), Junko Umino (Executive Managing Director, Head of Design and Construction Division: incumbent, reappointment), Shunichi Yamazaki (Director: incumbent), Katsuhiko Hatazawa (new appointment), Makoto Matsukura (new appointment), and Keisuke Yagi (new appointment). Candidate for audit and supervisory committee member includes Kazuhiko Abe (incumbent).
