Bitcoin Japan Corporation has resolved to enter into an exclusive distribution agreement with UBTECH Group's UBTECH ROBOTICS LIMITED for specified humanoid robots and their successor models in Japan, including Walker S2, Walker Tienkung, Tienkung Dex, Sky Walker, Walker C1, and Cruzr S2. This agreement aims to establish a unified framework for sales, distribution, leasing, and service provision in Japan as part of the physical AI strategy for the Japanese market. The contract period is expected to be 36 months (renewable) and will apply from the date of certification acquisition.

Future Business Development and Impact

After the agreement, the company plans to progressively expand in the domestic market by combining paid proofs of concept (PoC), deployment support, RaaS, and data services (DaaS). The company will prepare the domestic deployment structure while paying attention to certification applications, operational readiness, data protection, and privacy compliance. The impact on consolidated results for the fiscal year ending March 2027 is currently under review; depending on progress in contract execution, certification, PoC, deployment, and RaaS, revisions to earnings guidance may be announced.
