Formulation and Overview of the Medium-Term Management Plan

AFC-HD AMS Life Science Co., Ltd. has formulated a medium-term management plan covering the five years from the fiscal year ending August 2027 through the fiscal year ending August 2031. The plan aims to strengthen the foundation in the health foods and pharmaceuticals fields and promote diversification such as overseas expansion, e-commerce, real estate, and tourism, with the goal of achieving sustained growth in profitability and corporate value across each business.

Key Initiatives and Segment-Specific Strategies

In the OEM business, development competitiveness will be enhanced by leveraging quality control and responses to functional food notifications. In overseas businesses, new markets will be developed through halal certification and utilization of local personnel. The e-commerce business will focus on improving retention rates, increasing regular subscription customers, and expanding EC. The pharmaceutical business will strengthen dual-axis proposals and stable supply systems. Other businesses including department stores, real estate, tourism, education, and catering will promote new brands and internal organizational optimization.
