Completion of Bitcoin Acquisition and Recent Developments

We announce that our subsidiary, BTC JPN Ltd., has completed an additional Bitcoin purchase. The quantity purchased was 5.8847 BTC, the purchase price was 84,706.34 USD/BTC, and the purchase amount was approximately 498,471.40 USD; cumulative quantity is 17.8035 BTC and cumulative purchase amount is approximately 1,497,951.34 USD. We will continue purchasing, and the timing, quantity and amount of additional purchases will be determined within the total investment fund cap of 662 million yen. The impact on this fiscal year’s results is under review, and fair value assessments will be conducted quarterly.

Future Policy and Disclosures

Taking investment policy and funding needs into account, additional purchases will be decided in accordance with the approved investment policy and procedures. Transaction costs including foreign exchange effects are disclosed, and gains/losses from valuation will be recorded in the income statement in quarterly assessments. The impact on consolidated results for the fiscal year ending March 2027 is currently being examined, and timely disclosure will be made if significant effects arise.
