Executive Officer Changes and New Structure

At the board of directors meeting held today, executive officer personnel changes effective October 1, 2026 were resolved. Newly appointed titles include Representative Director and President & Group CEO Hideo Ito, Senior Executive Officer and Head of DS Business Headquarters Masahiro Tomawata, Executive Officer and Deputy Head of DS Business Headquarters Masahiro Tomawata, Executive Officer and Deputy Head of Overseas Business Headquarters Yuichi Murayama, among others. As part of the organizational restructuring, the Domestic Business Headquarters and Overseas Business Headquarters will be reorganized into the DS Business Headquarters and LB Business Headquarters.
