Performance Overview

This earnings report reflects steady performance of the core business "Goodfind," resulting in a slight year-over-year increase in revenue while cost structure streamlining raised the operating margin to 34.7%. Loss-making services were consolidated or exited, and productivity improvements secured operating income. In the cumulative second quarter, demand expanded for student-facing services, and restructuring of professional services progressed. The full-year plan forecasts revenue of 1,620 million yen and operating income of 302 million yen.

Outlook and Measures

With Goodfind at the center, we will continue portfolio optimization based on financial discipline. Following the major reform period in fiscal 2026, we will promote cyclical management to improve operating income per employee and establish a high-profit business model. Human resources strategies supporting G3 growth and reallocating resources to promising areas through suspension or downsizing of certain services such as TeamUp will be implemented. Toward the fiscal year ending February 2027, we will expand into new areas and improve capital efficiency, aiming to enhance ROE/PER/PBR.
