Notice Regarding Revision of Consolidated Full-Year Results Forecast and Disclosure of Interim Consolidated Results Forecast

Overview of Performance

Continuing operations are expected to increase revenue and profit due to higher sales prices from price revisions and cost-reduction activities; however, revenue contribution from the Airdog series is limited due to the termination of the domestic exclusive sales contract. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the full-year forecast has been revised to net sales of 111,000 million yen, operating income of 8,600 million yen, ordinary income of 8,500 million yen, net income attributable to owners of parent 6,200 million yen, and earnings per share of 261.38 yen. Interim forecasts are also expected to be 53,200 million yen in net sales and 5,400 million yen in operating income.

Outlook and Impact

Domestic sales of the Airdog series are expected to remain challenging, but the full-year outlook is supported by improved profitability of the ongoing business and higher unit prices. Cost-reduction activities and the use of engineering cycle may further lift profits. In addition, inventory management and pricing strategy improvements are expected to contribute to earnings stability moving forward.
