Change of Representative Director

At today's Board of Directors meeting, a change of the representative director was resolved. Under the new management structure, we will aim to enhance corporate value. The new representative director is Akihide Kitamura (current: President & CEO, Advisor), with a planned assumption date of October 27, 2026. The biography lists joining in 1984, experiences as Kansai Branch Manager, Head of Business Promotion Division, Head of Corporate Planning, and shareholding of 48,638 shares.

Change of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members

As candidates for directors, Shoji Yamashita, Naoto Minami, Shiro Maeno, and Eiji Mizunabe are newly appointed or reappointed; external directors are planned to continue the previous incumbent and new appointees. For candidates for Audit & Supervisory Board Members, Jinko Fujiwara is listed as Auditor after resignation, Kazuhisa Arisawa's reappointment, and as an acting auditor Tosaka Toru. The plan for the new structure after the shareholders meeting is also listed, with Akihide Kitamura as Representative Director, President and CEO overseeing management and technology; Shoji Yamashita as General Manager of Sales; Naoto Minami as General Manager of Corporate Planning; Shiro Maeno as Outside Director; Eiji Mizunabe as Outside Director; Jinko Fujiwara as Auditor; Kazuhisa Arisawa and Kazuji Kubisu as Outside Auditors.
