As of the February 12, 2026 Board resolution, the maximum number of shares that can be acquired is 800,000 shares (3.2% of issued shares, upper limit 1,000,000,000 yen), and it was planned to be acquired from February 13, 2026 to December 31, 2026 through market purchases. The actual acquisition period was August 1 to August 31, 2026, with 71,100 shares acquired for a total of 1,221,305,00 yen. Cumulatively, 544,900 shares have been acquired for a total of 89,958,5900 yen.
