Decision on Director Candidates

At the board of directors meeting held on August 26, 2026, we resolved the director candidates to be submitted to the 11th ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for September 29, 2026 (excluding directors who are audit and supervisory committee members) and the candidates for directors who are audit and supervisory committee members. Taro Ueno will be reappointed as President and Representative Director, Takakushi Oba will be reappointed as Director, Tomo Mitsuhashi will be reappointed as Director and CTO, and Kunaki Kaga will be a candidate for outside directorship. For audit and supervisory committee candidates, Mitsuya Kawarasaki (new, planning to meet the external director candidate requirements) and Kenta Nagao (reappointed, external director with audit and supervisory committee) and Makiko Yamamoto (reappointed, external director with audit and supervisory committee) are included.

Retirement Plan

The retirement candidate is Yuko Akitsu (external director and full-time audit and supervisory committee member), with the term expiring at the conclusion of the 2026 September 29 ordinary general meeting of shareholders. Kawarasaki is planned to assume office as a new external director, meeting independence requirements.
