Notice of Difference between Q2 Interim Results and Actuals and Revision of Full-Year Earnings Forecast

This release provides the differences between the earnings forecast published on February 9, 2026 and today's actual results, as well as a revision of the full-year earnings forecast. The main CPA solution business saw a decline in transaction volume year over year, and the number of active advertisers and commission rate for performance-based advertising fell short of the plan, causing interim results to be significantly below the prior forecast and reducing the likelihood of achieving the full-year operating income target. There is no revision to the dividend forecast.

In the revised full-year forecast, sales are projected at 7,330 million yen, operating income at 1,201 million yen, ordinary income at 1,181 million yen, and net income attributable to owners of the parent at 687 million yen. Compared with the previous year, this represents a substantial decrease and a noticeable decline in profitability. Delays in progress of strategic businesses, including upfront investments, are cited as contributing factors, with interim results impacting the full-year outlook. The dividend policy remains unchanged.
