Ryuta Inoue will be promoted to Senior Managing Director as of March 1, 2026. Kensaku Teranishi will resign as Outside Director as of May 27, 2026. Mao Inoue and Mikoko Nakazawa are expected to be appointed as new director candidates.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2026, consolidated net sales reached JPY 176,352 million (15.6% YoY increase), operating income was JPY 21,540 million (17.9% YoY increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent for the quarter was JPY 14,000 million (56.2% YoY increase).

The dividend for the record date of February 28, 2026, will be increased from 30 yen to 40 yen per share, with the total dividend amount expected to be 6,946 million yen. The proposal will be submitted at the shareholders meeting on May 27, 2026.
