Japan Gas corrected a partial error in the share buyback status disclosed on June 1, 2026, revising the number of shares acquired to 700, with an acquisition cost of 1,888,250 yen.

Japan Gas completed the cancellation of 4,875,400 shares of treasury stock (4.3% of total issued shares) on May 14, 2026, bringing the total outstanding shares to 107,951,798.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales were 141.959 billion yen (up 2.9% YoY), operating income was 110.1 billion yen (up 30.3% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent was 76.26 billion yen (up 29.2% YoY).

From January 1 to January 31, 2026, 726,900 shares of treasury stock were acquired at a total acquisition price of ¥2,141,539,350. The cumulative number of shares acquired reached 1,396,900 shares with a total acquisition price of ¥4,124,620,250.
