Dai Nippon Printing has commenced a tender offer for all shares of AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG of Austria, with a purchase price of €10.0 per share, lasting 10 weeks from June 12, 2026, to August 21, 2026. Completion of the purchase is scheduled for the second quarter of the March 2027 fiscal year.
