In addition, the company offers non-alcoholic sparkling wine, highball, and other soft drinks under the ASEED brand. Further, it develops and leases office buildings and commercial facilities. Additionally, the company provides logistics services comprising product management; delivery agent consisting of warehousing, inventory control, order management, and sorting services; distribution processing services, such as light assembly, packaging, inspection, and general pre-shipment processing; and transportation services. The company was formerly known as Aseed Co. Ltd. and changed its name to Aseed Holdings Co.,Ltd. in October 2008. Aseed Holdings Co.,Ltd. was incorporated in 1972 and is headquartered in Fukuyama, Japan.
